Chris Rix is an ordained pastor and a director of ministry for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Playing Quarterback at Florida State University he became the 1st and only 4 year starting QB at FSU for Hall of Fame Coach Bobby Bowden. Chris graduated with a degree studying communications.
Following his college career which included 3 ACC titles and 4 straight bowl appearances, Chris went on to the NFL where the San Diego Chargers acquired him as a free agent.
After his time with the Chargers, Chris answered the call to full-time ministry.
Chris is also a Fox Sports football analyst for the high school game of the week on Friday nights in Southern California.
His greatest honor is being a Christian and being married to his wife Anita for 13 years.
They have three children, Luke, Bobby, and Chrissy & are also blessed to be new foster parents.
